Izzy puddin offers custom, made-to-order items. Things can get kind of crazy around here so it's important to allow us plenty of time to fill your order. As of March, 2011, production time at Izzy Puddin is running 3-4 weeks.

There are no returns at izzy puddin because most of our items are personalized and custom to your child. That being said, if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your item, I would like the chance to make it right. I value customer service.
